Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. KITCHEN: The chef’s kitchen features an open design, including a breakfast nook surrounded by windows infusing views of nature, a large island with seating for four and a full dining area with seating for six. Brand new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave complete the space. INDOOR LIVING SPACE: Cozy up in the living room which includes a gas fireplace and Smart TV with Apple TV (apps available to stream with your personal credentials) for entertaining. There is also a dedicated fully enclosed office space as well as a full bathroom on the main floor. BEDROOMS: - Primary Bedroom: King bed with en suite bath (including bathtub and double shower) - Bedroom 2: Queen Bed - Bedroom 3: Full Bed Toiletries from Public Goods available in all bathrooms and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: The master suite and bedroom 2 feature private patios with spectacular views for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. There is a screened in porch off of the kitchen for al fresco entertaining as well as a blue stone patio with outdoor patio set and a stone fireplace. No smoking in or on the property. No pets w/o approval, bringing a pet without approval will result in a $100 fee. No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing. No loud music after 9pm. No weapons.
