Mountain-top tiny house cabin (Parkmodel) located in a small, quiet neighborhood near the top of a private road. The cabin has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a loft. There is a convenient kitchenette and cozy living room. Just minutes from downtown Boone, App State, Blowing Rock, App Ski Mtn, Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie, and Skyvalley Ziplines. Winter warning (DEC-FEB) please keep an eye on the weather forecast. 4x4 is a must if snow is forecast. There is a private driveway on site. The space The cabin is a parkmodel tiny house. If you are interested in learning more about tiny house living, or just want a quiet trip away in a quiet mountain cabin, this is the perfect place to stay. While it is small, it has a bedroom with queen sized bed, dresser, clothes hangers, and a night stand. There are sheets and blankets on the bed as well as four comfy pillows. In the living room you'll find a full-sized couch, tv with Roku (log into any of your apps), a cast-iron propane fireplace with thermostat, Keurig, and board games/cards. Reliable and fast wifi (consistently speed tests 300mbps+). There is a storage area/nook outside the bathroom that has a folding table, chairs, cleaning supplies, and extra towels. Iron is in the dresser in bedroom and ironing board is under the bed. There is a kitchenette with 2-burner cooktop, sink, cooking essentials (pots, pans, spices, tools, utensils, dishes, and cups), microwave, and mini-fridge/freezer. The bathroom is small but has a standing shower and a cabinet with some essentials in case you forget something on your trip. There is also a loft with a pull-down ladder. There is a twin-size memory foam mattress in the loft. Children enjoy the loft, but use at your own discretion and ensure an adult safely pulls down the ladder and makes sure the child will be able to enter and exit the loft safely. Full-sized adults can also make use of the loft but keep in mind headroom is limited. Outside you'll find a small, well-kept yard in the front of the property. To the rear of the property is wooded. Guest access Entire cabin with on-site parking in driveway. Other things to note During the winter months, weather is unpredictable in this entire area. 4x4/awd is a must in the winter months.
