Biers by the Beach

Biers by the Beach is a modern, comfortable and renovated beach getaway. The home has been completely updated inside and out and has been deep cleaned and ready to welcome our 2025 summer guests! Located 3 blocks from the Beach & Pier, you are close enough to easily access everything but maintain a quiet, residential feel at the house which has a spacious backyard and deck. Additional attractions at Fort Fisher and Carolina Beach are minutes away by car. The space The house has been updated inside and out to provide a comfortable, relaxing trip perfect for families or friends. The main living area is completely open with the bedrooms located down one hall. The living area is on one floor with a few steps up into the house. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1. Primary with 1 king bed & attached bathroom with full sized shower/tub 2. Second bedroom has a queen bed 3. Third bedroom has a trundle bed that pulls out and can be either a twin or king. Additionally the sofa in the living area pulls out to be a sleeper sofa (note this updated sofa is not exactly a queen size or king size, but is quite comfortable). Main bathroom features an updated corner shower with GE washer and dryer. Tankless water heater ensures nobody has to shower cold after the long days of fun! The home is family friendly and has a Pack 'n Play (no linens provided), high chair, baby bath tub, some toys and kid friendly kitchen items. The updated kitchen suite includes dishes, utensils, pots / pans, and everything needed to cook at home as desired. There is a 2nd fridge in the main living area that ensures there is plenty of space to store drinks and supplies. Coffee maker is dual-use and accommodates k-cups as well as regular drip coffee. Smart TV with video apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc - Subscription not provided, you must provide your own log in). There is also an antenna for basic cable channels. Whole house wifi with fast cable internet connection. Linens provided by the cleaning company include bath towels + sheets for all bedrooms. Bring your own beach towels. You must also bring your own linens & towels for the pull-out sofa (if planning on using it). We want you to have confidence in the cleanliness of the linens - they will be placed at the foot of each bed in a seal wrapped bag (beds will not be made with the linens in advance of your arrival). The exterior of the house has been recently updated with new paint, windows and roof. There is new polywood furniture on the deck. Please note the yard is not fully fenced. Guests have access to our shed which is stocked with beach gear (please note our cleaning company does not maintain the cleanliness of the shed). There is parking in front of and next to the home - plenty of room for 3 cars. We are a DOG friendly home. We keep our dog fee low (covers additional cleaning cost) because we believe that dogs are part of our families and deserve a vacation too. Our guests and our cleaning crew work hard to make sure our home is ready for each guests, but please note the dog friendly nature if you have any allergies. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, 3 off-street parking spaces, and a storage shed full of beach essentials such as chairs and toys (note that our cleaning company does not maintain our shed throughout the summer). Additionally, the large deck and spacious backyard include plenty of seating and a propane grill. Other things to note Early check in or late check out MAY be available upon request / extra charge depending on cleaning company availability and other scheduled arrivals / departures.
