It offers three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms for up to six guests, plus two screened lanais where you can relax in the island breeze and listen to the birds. A four‑seater golf cart is included, so you can easily explore the beaches and sandy paths of beautiful North Captiva Island. Also full access to Island Club amenities! The space The kitchen is fully equipped with island style tableware, modern appliances (including a Keurig) and everything you need to prepare great meals in your home from home. The open, airy floor plan provides a spacious comfortable feel for all your guests. Escape to the 3rd floor game room, which includes a pool table and a variety of popular board games make for your fun when you are away from the sun. A strong WiFi connection throughout the house and the pool area will also provide guaranteed satisfaction for accompanying teenagers ;-). The sparkling, heated, lagoon swimming pool with all new patio furniture and comfy chaise lounges will provide you hours of relaxation and enjoyment. Guest access If you rent with us the complete house as well as the pool is yours! Also included in the rental is a golf cart for four persons. If you are a bigger party you might consider renting an additional golf cart via Boats And Fun. House guests would additionally have access to the Island Club of North Captiva club pools, hot tub, bikes, kayaks, tennis court, half basketball court, and beach chairs. Dogs weighing up to 50 lbs. are welcome to join your vacation at Blue Laguna. Please note that an additional $150 pet fee applies, and there's a limit of two dogs per reservation. RUNWAY MEMBERSHIP If you are a pilot and would like to land on one of Floridas most unique runways? Blue Laguna comes with a runway membership that allows approved guests to come by plane.
