Designed artists loft in Deco Era Coach near AGO

Stylish 1,400 sf artist’s loft (sleeps 6) in Deco era coach house on a leafy street in heart of downtown. Chinatown/AGO/UofT/OCAD/UHN within blocks. 30min walk to waterfront. Antique carpets & furniture create a vibrantly authentic decor— my urban industrial jewel stands apart from cookie cutter condos! The historic exterior is adorned (legally) by the city's finest graffiti artists. Queen bed in bedroom, foldout couch and 2 single beds in spacious open concept loft area. Chef’s kitchen! The space The loft is the entire second floor of an urban coach-house. The maximum amount of people that can be accommodated is six. It is open plan with original industrial features preserved (not a commercial condo!). The space is imbued with history and style, well loved and cared for, and right in the middle of a very exciting city. There is an historic steel staircase that leads to my second floor wooden deck where the entrance is located. A bistro table and chairs are perfect for morning coffee weather permitting. The door opens directly onto the main loft. A separate bedroom with queen sized bed is located on the right. For those who are particular about their mattress it is a brand new Casper Hybrid. The rest of the loft is open plan and can be inhabited as you desire. There are two dining tables with chairs and multiple other seating options around including original MCM chairs. For sleeping, a chic grey velvet Restoration Hardware double bed/day bed is nestled towards the front of the spacious loft and can be enclosed by an antique screen for privacy. A sofa bed is at the other end . Bedding is provided neatly tucked away or beds can be made up before arrival if you prefer. A very functional galley kitchen (Kitchen Aid appliances) adjoins the dining room on side and the bathroom on the other. Overall the space is open and flexible yet very private due to the huge size. Guest access The whole top floor loft is for guest use only. Other things to note The parking spot is directly adjacent to the wall of the building. The parking spot is for two cars. However, as a guest you may only park one car in the parking spot as the other spot is reserved. When parking please ensure that you do not park in the middle. Registration Details STR-2407-HCFVPW
