Private Guest House in Quiet Community

Our Private Guest House has 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room includes DISH TV, and both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Guests enjoy convenient parking, a private entrance, and a front porch. There is space to park a large trailer or RV. Downstairs features a living room, full kitchen, and second bathroom. Laundry is available for guest use. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside. Outdoor smoking only. Violations will result in a $300 deep-cleaning fee. The space Our Guest House view overlooks Rosecreek Farm and has a nice outdoor porch areas. You are welcome to enjoy a walk or drive around our peaceful community or take a tour of the farm. Expect to see farmers harvesting, children playing, people walking, and some great evening sunsets. We have two community playgrounds, walking trails, and a pond. Guest access Downstairs Kitchen includes refrigerator, oven/stovetop, microwave, Keurig, and tea pot. Laundry facilities are located in the breezeway and available for use.
