KEY FEATURES: ⚪️Bedroom: This spacious room offers a king-size bed perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a long day at the beach. You can watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or simply relax and unwind. The room also features a dresser and closet so there’s ample storage space, providing you with room to unpack and settle in. ⚪️Kitchen: The cozy kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and enjoying them in the comfort of your own space. It features granite countertops, with space to pull up a seat to chat or dine. A drip coffee maker & Keurig are included for your morning brew. (We do supply coffee). The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances. The small dining area includes a table for 2 and seating at the kitchen bar. ⚪️Living area: A charming living room opens up to the kitchen. It provides a comfy landing spot to watch TV or play board games. With a new Queen-size sleeper sofa, guests can be assured this is a proper bed to get a good night’s sleep. You’ll also enjoy a lovely view of the sunset from the patio here! ⚪️Bathroom: The bathroom features a double vanity providing ample space for all your toiletries and getting ready needs. The shower/tub combo is equipped with a starter supply of toiletries. This includes shampoo, conditioner, soap, and plenty of towels for your convenience. ⚪️Balcony: The outdoor balcony offers a cozy space to catch the breathtaking view of the sunset and the weekly (Thursdays) firework display in the summer. This is also THE SPOT to view the 4th of July fireworks. The balcony is equipped with seating and a small table, providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink & meal. ⚡️Wi-Fi, cable, streaming TV all provided 💲Beach Equipment: Save money instead of renting beach chairs! We aim to provide 2 quality beach chairs and 1 umbrella in the condo unit for our guests to utilize during their stay. We ask that they be returned to the condo unit after use. Guests are also welcome to rent beach chairs and equiptment directly from beach service. They will have their rates on display at the beach 🫧Once you stay in a beach property WITH a compact Washer & Dryer IN the unit you will not go back to lugging home wet clothes after your vacation! We also provide a LARGE washer & dryer on the 5th floor of the building, free for our guests. This is great for doing a large load of laundry or washing beach towels during a long stay. We provide detergent for a few loads - several stores nearby to replenish that. ***Sleeps 4️⃣ people maximum*** *** Valid ID before booking, the 23-year-old minimum for all guests (aside from children with parents). The security guard at the gate reserves the right to turn away guests who do not have a proper ID that matches the booking. No additional guests allowed 🏝This is a laid-back beach community where you can spend your days at the ocean, heated pool, and tennis courts then have a relaxing dinner grilling at the Pavilion, and listening to live music (in the summer) with other guests. Beach vacations don’t get any easier than this! Jetty East is a gated building with 24-hour security. There is onsite parking for 1 car for this unit ⚠️Please note: we reserve the right to allow maintenance into the condo for any serious (water, electrical, safety) issues, or mandatory building services (pest control). We do not refund for rain or inclement weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation. Please refer to the cancellation policy if your plans change for any reason, we follow our policy. Highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE. We’re excited to host your beach vacation, this is a condo community and by paying for booking this condo you agree to the information that follows: IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING YOUR STAY: MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY ALLOWED IS 4 PEOPLE, no exceptions NO PETS (you will be asked to leave and a $200 pet cleaning fee added)-this is a building rule we are obligated to follow NO SMOKING of any kind.. $200 automatic charge for extra cleaning due to smoke, management or owner will ask you to leave with no refund if smoke detected during your stay 25 years old to book and stay in the condo unless accompanied by parents or host is messaged before booking ID will be validated before booking and at gate Owners are not responsible for negligent activity of renters in the condo or on the balcony, pool, beach or surrounding property. Injuries that result during your stay are not the responsibility of the host. No tents on beach. Beach service rents chairs/umbrellas. Owners have not pre paid for beach service Maintenance issues will be addressed after your stay unless urgent. Anything not in working order should be messaged to me through airbnb immediately after arrival Owner or a member of management reserves the right to enter the condo if there are excessive noise complaints (quiet time 9pm-8am), smoke or pets in the property. Guests will be asked to leave with no refund if any of those rules are broken Quarterly pest control with non toxic minimal spraying is done in all condos. If this occurs during your stay we will do our best to notify you and conduct the service in a quick courteous manner Please leave our little beach condo in the condition it was rented to you as. Excessive trash, stained linens, beds and soiled mattresses will result in no refund of your security deposit in addition to the cost of replacing damaged items Dish ware is expected to be cleaned in the dishwasher by guests We DO NOT ask you to wash any towels or bedding before leaving We do not refund for weather related conditions beyond our control. If the area is under evacuation you will be refunded in full Early & late check in and checkout is at the owner’s and cleaner’s discretion.Please plan on checking in and out on time. There will be a $50 per hour late fee automatically applied if not approved by host Thank you!
