INGERSOLL, ON. Cozy, Clean + Practical Studio Apt

- Apt is in the town of INGERSOLL. - Read FULL Listing description & House Rules prior to booking! - Ground Level Apt is for 1 guest or a Couple only. - Read important parking info below. - Cable TV/High Speed Internet. -A renovated bright & cozy one bedroom ground level apartment in downtown Ingersoll. Restaurants, Parks, Shops, Library, Greyhound and Via Rail are all only steps away. Especially suitable for work stays/ local intern placements. NO SMOKING NO PETS OR KIDS NO STORAGE The space Fully equipped with everything you need for a cozy, comfortable stay in Ingersoll. Just bring your laptop, your own groceries and clothes. No extra items or furniture to be moved in without prior consent by me. Guest access Whole apt as shown in the photographs available for your private use. Please note there are 3 steps outside to be able to access the outside door of apartment. Other things to note Free Parking is available March 1st - December 1st in the Charles st Municipal lot - approx 150 yds. Enquire re winter parking options at time of booking ( approx $40 / month for a winter parking permit) NEW FROM SEPTEMBER 2025 :- A discount for guests who are able to bring their own ( double sized) bed Linens, Comforter and Towels. If not able to bring your own, bed linens, towels and a comforter can be provided by me and left in the apartment but on arrival guests will need to make up the double sized bed themselves and be responsible for the laundering at a nearby laundromat (extra sets of sheets and towels will be provided depending on the length of your stay) A mattress cover with 2 pillows with pillow protectors will be provided. GARBAGE: Garbage pick up is very early Tuesday mornings. Garbage bags and tags are provided in apt and blue box for recycling. Garbage must be put out on curb on Monday nights. Must be in black garbage bag with pink garbage tag attached ( provided). Large garbage bin with bag outside. When you vacate apt put All garbage in outside bin and securely tie the garbage bag. Make sure bin lid is shut secure and tight! Do not leave any food items in the fridge. DO NOT place any garbage or recyclables in Tim Hortons bins next to Apt. - Please leave apt tidy and clean as found. Remove footwear and clean up your kitchen and bathroom spills. ( my cleaning fee is to cover a light clean, laundry costs and a disinfectant clean throughout.) Laundromat close by (approx 500 yards). Guests are responsible for clearing snow off the outside steps ( small shovel and ice melt provided) -Please note that you cannot use this address as your mailing address - Extended stay guests must be willing to agree to monthly apartment checks. I coordinate this with my guests ahead of time. - NO Furniture or large items to be moved into my apt. - Enjoy your stay!
