Renovated Downtown Studio - Balcony & Free Parking

This newly renovated studio is in an amazing location! You are just across the street from the Peak 9 Quicksilver Lift and Ski School at the Village and steps away from the shops & restaurants on Main St. The condo is located above Mi Casa Restaurant (best happy hour in town) and bike/ski rental shops. The building is older, but it has great amenities including one garage parking space, shared hot tub, and a private balcony. *After 4/1/2025 the fireplace will be closed and not available for use* The space Welcome to our newly renovated studio condo located in the Der Steiermark building in downtown Breckenridge. Every part of the condo has been renovated. The condo can accommodate up to four guests with a king bed (Casper Original Hybrid mattress) and a pull-out sofa with a new memory foam mattress. We did our best to provide a pull-out sofa that is as comfortable as a pull-out sofa can be. For those looking to stay in and cook, there is a full kitchen with all the necessary supplies. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, floating shelves, and four breakfast bar seats. There is a private balcony with nice views and the sound of the Blue River in the background. Please note, the wood burning fireplace is no longer available for use because we were not able to secure insurance with a wood burning fireplace. The building is older, but it has all of the amenities you need for a mountain vacation. There is heated garage parking for one vehicle (7 ft. 2 inch clearance). During winter months (November-May) we very strongly recommend AWD or 4WD to safely access the garage and drive around the town. There is a shared hot tub available daily from 1:00-9:00 PM. Guest access Guests will have access to the condo, the shared hot tub (open from 1:00-9:00 PM), and one parking space in the heated garage. Other things to note This condo does not have air conditioning, but you rarely need it in the mountains. Guests can close the curtains during the day to reduce heat and open the windows to let the mountain air cool the condo. There is a ceiling fan in the condo as well. Registration Details 416020002
