Open the front door and turn right to enter the newly updated main floor suite complete with 2 bedrooms, a living and dining space, a boardgame nook, a full kitchen complete with appliances and cookware and a bathroom complete with toiletries. Exiting the kitchen you have the option to enjoy the walkout private backyard or go downstairs and access the washer and dryer units. Please realize this is a duplex. I am catering to guests both upstairs and downstairs and will try my best to accommodate The space Enjoy free guest wifi and a Roku Smart TV. The kitchen is great if you prefer to cook your meals instead of going out on the town and the washer/dryer are helpful if you are on an extended stay and need to catch up on your laundry! Plenty of seating space has been made to accomodate up to 4 guests in the living and sleeping quarters. Guest access Guests can access the entire unit, the basement and the front/backyard space. Other things to note NO SMOKING in this unit (Yes, this includes vaping, cigarettes, weed or anything else that you can smoke). Also no hemp ‘candles’ or candles in general in the unit. They are a fire hazard. My family and I spent 2 full weeks fixing the smoke damage from the previous tenants. If you are smoking or burning hemp ‘candles’ I will ask you to leave. Sad that I even have to write that, honestly, but this is what it has come to. May accept small dogs, but please message me. Allergic to cats so absolutely no cats.
