Nestled in the pines in the heart of Ruidoso, this two bedroom, two bath apartment sleeps up to six people and is within easy walking distance to the Midtown shopping district, restaurants, and three blocks from the Rio Ruidoso River. It is also a ten minute drive from the casinos, area lakes, and many popular attractions. **PLEASE NOTE - PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED AT THIS RENTAL* The space This apartment is listed as a no-smoking, no pets property in order to maintain an allergy-free environment for all guests. 1st bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, and living area has a full size sofa bed. There are two full baths with bathtub and shower in each. Fully equipped kitchen although please note, there is not a dishwasher available. Washer & dryer are also available for your use. There is a small deck at the entrance to the apartment where you can enjoy the beauty of the tall, cool pines. Guest access You are allowed to park a total of two vehicles in the driveway at the property. Parking is available directly in front of the unit. Please do not park on the street or above the unit as this parking is reserved for full time rental residents in the other units. Other things to note Apartment units nearby are long term rentals by local residents. Please observe quiet hours out of respect to the surrounding neighbors. Charcoal grills are not permitted on the property and NO LOUD PARTIES. Please observe quiet hours from 11:00pm to 8:00am.
