Modern Clean Ocean View Suite

Our bright spacious 950 sq ft open concept one bedroom suite is fully self-contained. There is a private entrance with a private outdoor covered patio with a 180 degree unobstructed ocean view. The suite has it's own alarm system for added security. Located in quiet North Nanaimo in one of our most desirable neighbourhoods, we are a 5 to 10 minute drive to beach, shopping and restaurants. There are many walking and biking trails close by. The space High-end finishes, fully stocked kitchen, full-size appliances, in-suite laundry, comfortable furniture and lots of storage, including a closet big enough for bike storage. The main house air-conditioning unit is outside the suite bedroom but we do try to keep use to a minimum, only turning it on when reallly needed! Guest access The entire suite is for guest access only and is down the two flights of stairs on the left side of the house. Other things to note We do have two dogs and they bark. All but one of our guests over the years have said they’ve barely heard them and it was not a concern in any way for them. They are always happy to meet our guests but be ready for the Sheltie/Aussie bark with Cooper and Tucker!
