Perfect for a shopping trip,or to attend a concert or sporting event, great for a business trip. 20mins from Fort Lauderdale Intl Airport 35min from Miami Intl Airport Due to allergies i am exempted of accepting service animals The space This is a house full of art and plants, with a very nice view of a lake,you can observe ducks and other pretty birds. There are 2 very nice parks which are walking distance from the house,to run,exercise or for a very relax walk, I live in the house but you will have a lot of privacy in your room with your own private bathroom. Guest access Guest will have access to their private room and private bathroom, a desk, wifi, TV, Netflix, Dinning room table (only to eat), microwave in the kitchen and a shelf on the fridge. Please read the house rules. *central AC unit 75°F (21.5°C) regularly* During your stay We know you need your space so, we are a very respectful couple. But if you need some information or recommendations we are available by e- mail, what’s app and phone call. Other things to note Note: The AC unit is central. Spring and Summer 73° to 74°F (20°C) and Winter 75° to 76°F (22°) There are a few very cold days a year. we do not have heater in the house. And temperature always stays the same as we mentioned.
