The space Road access family cottage for rent on east side of Lower Mazinaw Lake. Sunny side of lake. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Single over double bunk Bedroom 3: Single bunk beds *Bring you own linens, towels, drinking water, toilet paper and firewood. Guest access Canoe, 2 kayaks. Other things to note Guests bring their own linens for 1 queen, 1 double and 2 single bunk beds as well as towels and toilet paper as there may only be a few rolls there. Also we do not recommend drinking the lake water so you can either bring drinking water or boil the lake water prior to drinking. The grocery store, Beer Store and LCBO are about 20 minutes away in the town of Northbrook you go through on your way to the cottage if you want to stop or return during your stay. Firewood is not provided for the woodstove in the cottage or the fire pit. All garbage must be removed by renters upon departure as garbage left inside or outside attracts animals which is dangerous. $250 will be charged against security deposit if any garbage is left on the property. Also we do not have a cleaning service as there are none available in our area, we have tried! Cottage should be clean upon arrival if it is not please advise us ASAP. If cottage is not left in proper condition a $200 cleaning fee will be charged against security deposit. Vacuum and all cleaning supplies are provided. Our boat will be docked at the cottage during the season, fully covered. Use of the boat is not included nor are we able to rent it to guests. Boats are available for rent at Smarts Marina on our lake. Later in the season, following Thanksgiving weekend, the running water may have to be closed for the season. Outhouse is onsite and water can be brought up and boiled on stove. Also unless we notify that there are other guests leaving the day of your arrival please plan to arrive as early in the day as you wish. The woodstove will take several hours to heat up the cottage and if you arrive at night and it is below zero you may be uncomfortable. Space heaters for the rooms are not provided however if you wish to bring one please do. Thank you.
