Bletcher Garden Loft - Lancaster Historic District

Built in 1888, the 'Bletcher Garden Loft' is named in honor of Lancaster's Billy Bletcher. Mr. Bletcher brought some of Walt Disney's very first caricatures to life by lending his voice to 'Pete' in Mickey Mouse and the 'Big Bad Wolf' in the Three Little Pigs animation shorts. The Bletcher Garden Loft is short walk to Penn Square, the Lancaster Convention Center and provides easy access to the city's best breweries, dining, shops and galleries. This is Lancaster living at its very best! The space The Bletcher Garden Loft was recently restored with tasteful touches across an open and bright layout. The home hints to a past when things were simpler while highlighting the creature comforts one demands of today's modern spaces. Recessed lighting, hardwood floors, and high quality linens ensure a good night's rest, while a Smart TV and high speed internet provide travelers the peace of mind of staying connected. The home is filled with light throughout and offers enough space for four to enjoy comfortably, The space is professionally cleaned and cared for, and we work to ensure your experience in staying with us is the absolute very best. Guest access The Bletcher Garden Loft is easily accessed by walking to the left side of the home and through the lit entryway (see check-in link). All areas of the home are secure and have outdoor security cameras. The entrance and home is private and the laundry room and rear outdoor space is shared with two other apartment homes on the premise. ELECTRONIC KEYED ENTRY - located on the front door (see Airbnb check-in link) d. INTERNET/WIFI - located downstairs next to TV - Access to Netflix, Amazon, Xfinity through the app e. CABLE - High-speed internet connection only f. RECYCLING - Yellow lid container located in the rear yard of home. g. TRASH - Place any bagged trash to be thrown away in the receptacles. If trash can is full, place trash next to receptacles. h. HEAT/AC - Heating and cooling is pre-set in the apartment home. i. QUIET HOURS - The row home has shared walls with our neighbors and other apartment homes on the premise. Please be mindful of quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 8:00AM. j. ADDITIONAL GUESTS - The home can accommodate up to four guests. For accurate pricing, ensure the number guests staying in the home are represented in your reservation. k. SHARED AREAS - Patio and laundry areas may be shared with other guests l. PARKING - Visitor parking permits are available in front of the home on Duke St. for $2 per day. Please register your vehicle online prior to your arrival at via the Lancaster Parking Authority website. Once registered, you can park at any metered parking space on Duke St for the days purchased. Secure covered parking is also available one block away in the Queen Street Parking Garage located at 424 N. Queen St. The cost is $15 for every 24 hour period. *** OF COURTESY *** a.
