Relax and enjoy our four-bedroom property located on a tranquil scenic road in the prime Sugar Hill location where one can find beautiful sweeping views of White Mountains. The interior offers a contemporary design with an airy and open feel and includes a large living room/dining area with a field stone fireplace, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a lovely screened in porch, and a master bedroom with private bath. There also is a finished lower-level space for your use. The space The house has four bedrooms and sleeps nine very comfortably. The kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of space for sitting. Along with the kitchen all the bathrooms have been renovated. As well, there are hardwood floors throughout. The finished lower-level space has a comfortable double futon and the area serves as a great place for children to hang out and all to play darts, watch movies or play games. The home is equipped with a smart TV and wireless internet for your enjoyment. Most of the many windows face south and have tree top views of Cannon or/and Lafayette Mountain. The property has landscaped gardens, a large yard, a firepit and a field with apple trees and a private patio area and is located just five minutes from the town of Franconia and I-93, ten minutes from the ski slopes of Cannon Mountain and about twenty-five from Loon & Brettan Woods. Guest access Our guests have use of the entire main house, patio and backyard. There is a separate two-car garage with a new studio apartment with a king size bed, cathedral ceiling and porch off the back over it which can be rented separately.
