Latitude Adjustment is a two-bedroom, three-bath cottage located directly across the street from the beach. One of only 18 units in the Little Lagoon Cottage community. Features a shared, non-heated pool and deeded beach access. Located on the lagoon with limited views from the balcony. Unit features: • Access to the balcony from the living room, dining room, and both upstairs bedrooms • Tile plank flooring throughout the cottage • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need in your home away from home; dining area seats six with four barstools for additional seating • Living area has a sofa sleeper • Twin bunk beds located in a nook just off the living area (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk) • Primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a connecting bathroom featuring double sinks and a stand-up shower • Second bedroom has a queen bed and a connecting bathroom • Twin bunk beds located upstairs in the hallway (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk) • Full-size washer and dryer located upstairs near the bedrooms • Maximum of two cars allowed (parking is covered under the cottage). No boats, watercraft, campers, or trailers allowed • Gas grill available under the home; guests must provide their own propane • Beach wagon is provided for easy transport of items to the beach along with four Tommy Bahama beach chairs. • Keyless entry allows no waiting in lines for check-in *NON SMOKING *MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25 *MUST CALL FOR MONTHLY AVAILABILITY *THIS PROPERTY IS MANAGED BY ITRIP VACATIONS ALABAMA BEACHES *Due to recent incidents of credit card fraud, we have implemented additional security measures to protect our guests and ensure a smooth check-in process. If you are booking a reservation to arrive within the next 48 hours, we kindly request that you provide us with a copy of your ID and credit card. The name on these documents must match the name on the reservation. We must receive these documents by the close of business on the day that you booked your reservation.
