The space This spacious, custom built home is the perfect place to gather with friends and family. There is plenty of space to lounge in the sun, play games on the lawn, take a swim with easy access from the dock (seasonal) or relax in the screened in gazebo. In the evening, enjoy the magnificent sunsets while sitting around the fire pit. A lakefront property with an Adirondack Mountain feel. Guest access House, gazebo, dock and fire pit. We provide 2 kayaks and several inflatable rafts. Other things to note Because the house is so close to the lake, the properties do not have public sewer or a traditional septic. Instead we have a limited capacity underground storage tank. We kindly ask that our guests conserve the amount of water that goes down the drain (limiting lengthy showers, running water unnecessarily, etc.) Note: Airbnb automatically adds required NY state & county short-term rental taxes and an Airbnb service fee at checkout.
