Escape to our private hill town and take in the fantastic views of the Texas Hill Country. Look over your private balcony for miles and see nothing but undulating hills and all the various trees that Texas has to offer. The serenity and privacy are unmatched. We are 7 miles outside of the city tax limits, so there is no city tax due, only a State hotel tax of 6%. Ages 16+ Only: due to steep areas on property The space Enjoy your morning coffee and/or breakfast on the 40 ft private balcony, watching the sunrise. The views are amazing and will never be forgotten. At sunset, walk to the other side of the property, sit and watch the sunset with a glass of wine or bubbly. Sitting above 21 acres of undeveloped hill country, you’ll enjoy all the luxuries of modern living in these beautiful villas, built in 2016. There are two large tvs in the unit, and a dvd/blueray player in the living room with various dvds and blueray discs to watch. Please note this is for ages 16+ due to steep areas that could be a danger for children. Guest access Bella vista is one of two separate units in the same building. Each villa has one bedroom and one bathroom and is 810 sq ft. The villas sit between our Home and our Guest Barn, but are not as close as homes in a subdivision. You have absolute privacy but are not completely alone in the woods. This type of vacation is for those who want the most amazing view and privacy but don’t mind sharing the circle driveway, firepit and swimming pool. With three buildings on a private hill, we call this Our Hill Town. We loved visiting some of the beautiful hill towns of Italy and we feel as if we have discovered our own here in Dripping Springs. Bella Vista is upstairs, has a king sized bed and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 4 privately. A Keurig Coffee Maker, Coffee, cream and sugar are in the unit. Please note this is for ages 16+. Other things to note We are surrounded by wineries, wedding venues and breweries. You will enjoy a 290 degree view of the hill country! The views will amaze you and are difficult to capture with a camera. Because of the varied terrain and the pool, we welcome those ages 16 and older.
