Higley Hideaway: Waterfront Cabin in NNY

This is a cozy little rustic log cabin on Higley Flow located in Greens Bay. This place is perfect for summer days relaxing by the water with nights spent enjoying the firepit on the deck. You are within 15 miles of the colleges in both Canton and Potsdam and 15 minutes from the Adirondack Park. You are also 5 minutes from the local stores. The roads are perfect for walking or biking and the sunset is beautiful! The space The Hide-Away log cabin overlooks Green´s Bay and has a wonderful view. It is a cozy, quaint cabin. When you enter the cabin you will find a hand painted refrigerator in the entry way. The bathroom has a castiron bath tub with a hand held shower head or you can use the outdoor shower to clean up. The kitchen has a farmhouse sink that has the original cold water only spigot! The kitchen is equipped with basic neccesities. The living room has a big L-shaped couch, recliner, and a round oak table and chairs for dining or card games. There is a bookcase with books and games along with a smart tv. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. Upstairs is open with a double bed at one end and a single bed at the other end. Outside, enjoy relaxing on the deck, the evening is cozy with the propane firepit lit. A tandem kayak is also included for your use. Guest access Guests get the entire cabin to themselves. Other things to note The cabin water source is Higley Flow. We provide you with water to drink, however, it would be a good idea to bring extra drinking water. The cabin is surrounded by pine trees so pine needles and pinecones are to be expected. Sandy feet are also to be expected. If you need anything don’t hesitate to reach out!
