Guest access Guests have full access to the property and all of its amenities. The home sits on a spacious lot that stretches from Pettit Place to the water’s edge, offering 75 feet of private lakefront and a large backyard to enjoy. Other things to note Blue Canoe is nestled in a quiet, family-friendly community, so we kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful setting. The primary guest must be at least 30 years old. While we don’t allow after-wedding parties or large events, we’re happy to welcome up to two dogs with a $50 pet fee.
