Conveniently located off of I-5 and close to the University of Oregon (2.2 miles away from Matthew Knight Arena & 2.1 miles away from Hayward Field). The house is 7 minutes away from Riverbend Hospital for traveling professionals. Great separation of space with the living & laundry on the main floor, 2 bedrooms and full bath upstairs and the same downstairs. We can accommodate additional guests over 8 people for $50/guest up to 11. The space Upstairs you will find two bedrooms (1 king bed in one room and a queen in the other) and one full bathroom. Downstairs from the main living is two bedrooms (one queen bed and one king bed), one full bathroom, and a sitting area with a chair and futon that folds out into a full bed. The house was freshly painted and brand new carpet and padding placed in March 2020: -Washer/Dryer -HVAC -Outdoor seating Propane BBQ Other things to note If there are no other bookings close to your stay, I am flexible with check-in and check-out time.
