Brownstone Oasis in Bed-Stuy

Enjoy your stay in the center of brownstone Brooklyn, in the historic neighborhood of Bedford-Stuyvesant! Our newly renovated Townhouse is on one of the best tree-lined blocks in Bed-Stuy. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the G,A and/or C lines. 35 minutes and you are in Manhattan. Or, just explore all the culture and diversity that Brooklyn has to offer. There are a plethora of restaurants and bars, new and old, within walking distance! Outdoor seating and socially distancing is the status quo. The space While our house is newly renovated, we did everything we could to preserve the historic character of the building. As such, there are still many original and therefore old qualities to the place. Our kitchen is one of our favorite places to hangout and it is fully stocked with all the things you will need to cook and dine as you please. There is also a grocery store right around the corner on Throop and Gates Avenues. A block further there is a smaller market that has a solid organic selection. Please enjoy our huge outdoor deck and grill. We also have a backyard with a swing set for the kids. We have one room with a Queen bed and a crib. There is a second room with a toddler bed and there is a pullout couch with a full size mattress in the living room. We can also make a pack-n-play available if requested. Please try to leave everything as you found it to preserve the space. Keep it clean and please don’t leave any dirty dishes. Please leave all used sheets in a pile by the laundry machines in the bathroom. As this is our house that we live in year-round some areas will be available for guest use, others will be labeled private. We thank you in advance for being respectful of our space. There are toys available for guest use. Be kind to the neighbors. Above all, treat this house as if it was your own.
