Great shopping, groceries, & bakery, within 3 minutes. Zoo, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Pearl Brewery, TopGolf, iFly, Palladium IMAX Theatre, La Cantera shopping and restaurants, The Rim, UTSA, Sea World, Downtown Riverwalk, the Alamo, Alamodome, AT&T Center, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center, and Historic Market Square. The space Open-concept home in a quiet neighborhood with a large back yard for privacy and entertaining. Stained concrete flooring with many upgrades & designer details. Ceramic tile & ALL upstairs flooring is wood! Stainless steel appliances in kitchen. Plantation shutters in family room with fireplace & wood blinds throughout. Our 20 year old home will give you all the space and yard you need. Homes just don't come like this anymore! We have security cameras in the exterior of the home to monitor the safety of our home and all guest. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard with the exception of the garage. Please be mindful this is an owners residential address and mailing to our home is not recommended. If it is neccesary you MUST add a note for it to be delivered to the front door. We will not be responsible if it gets locked in our private mailbox as we are the only ones with a key and might not be immediatly available during your stay. Other things to note Pet Rules: All pets MUST be pre- approved prior to stay. There is a pet fee for bringing our furry family members. Pet fee starts at $100 per pet depending on size. We will also request a refundable pet deposit for the same amount to ensure there is no damage such as scratched doors, furniture, unpicked up poop throughout the yard or odor that requires additional maintenance and deep cleaning from our team. Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture without a pet furniture protector or cover. We can provide small and medium kennels if required. A pet gate should be used to keep them on the tiled floor. The backyard has a privacy fence and a lot of room for running around. Please clean up after your pets. That includes courteous pick up of poo in the yard daily. There is a broom and mop located in the wash room for clean up of hair, paws or mud that comes in. Registration details STR-19-13500821
