In this newly renovated home, guests will enjoy two floors of indoor and outdoor living space, with spectacular river views throughout. Don't forget Fido or Fifi! Chattahoochee Shoals is pet-friendly. The main level has an open floor plan (new flooring), with new cozy furniture and a smart TV. There is a subscription to YouTube TV so you have access to live local news, sports, movies, and your favorite tv shows. Dine at the round table or the bench table in the kitchen, while enjoying all the light that shines from the walls of windows. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king-size bed. The adjacent bath featuring a shower/tub combination. The kitchen has new granite countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances, and brand-new cabinets and backsplash tiles. The cabinets are filled with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you will need to cook up a fantastic meal at home, or at your new home-away-from-home! The coffee maker is both a standard drip with a 12-cup carafe and a one-cup Keurig. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs, the oversized loft has two queen beds, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Downstairs is the large entertainment room with a large screen Smart TV, also connected to YouTube TV. The hot tub is located just out the sliding glass doors. The new furniture in this room is a futon sofa and lounger. Room for 3 more guests! The downstairs bathroom has also been remodeled with a brand-new walk-in shower. Guests frequently return to this jewel to enjoy the river and the ever-changing year-round views. Now it's time to revisit to see all the renovations and upgrades to a family favorite! The road going to this cabin is gravel and dirt. The long steep private drive is paved and has a one-way sign for easier access and direction. We recommend an AWD or 4X4 during winter months. This is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per-pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 + tax for the first and $50 + tax for each additional. • Minimum Age Requirement: Chattahoochee Shoals is available to families or to guests 21 years and older. • Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles. • Access: Dirt and gravel road up to the property. The driveway is paved, steep and has a one-way sign. 4WD or AWD Highly Recommended. • Pets: Chattahoochee Shoals is pet-friendly. • Location: 16 miles to downtown Helen. Other things to note Georgia Mountain Rentals will be in contact with you to ask for your physical address and email address. Airbnb only shares your name and phone number on the reservation. Once we have the addresses, we will send you a Reservation Confirmation and our Guest Agreement in the form of an Adobe Sign document. We will ask for your signature in a couple of places, a guest list with the names and ages of each person staying at one of our properties and a copy of the front of your driver’s license. This confirms that you have read and accept the terms of our Guest Agreement. This is standard procedure and mandatory for all reservations.
