Our home features great hangout spots both upstairs and downstairs, and each bedroom is cozy and comfy. Soaring ceilings and large windows provide ample natural light, and individual upstairs and downstairs thermostat control ensure that guests are always comfortable. -Going out? The House of Blues is located about 15 minutes from downtown, including 6th Street, Rainey Street, and DKR Stadium. The Domain is also a quick 15 minutes to the North, with some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment options in Texas -Came to play? Access to over 15 musical instruments, including guitars, piano, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, and bass (please ask first - guest responsible for damages) -Play a game of cornhole in the fenced-in back yard -Sip fresh-ground coffee on the large, covered back porch -65" smart TV with access to Watch ESPN, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, and major networks/local channels -Lightning-fast WiFi and home office space available, with several comfy indoor and outdoor locations to work or read in peace -Security features include video monitored front and back doors, deadbolts, and unique locks on each bedroom door -Gated community with a park and a track perfect for exercise **Less than 5 miles from two of our favorites: Pluckers Wings (if you’ve never heard of Pluckers, you need to go) & Easy Tiger (brews, food, music! ) Guest access -Dedicated parking in the driveway and visitor parking are available (street parking is not allowed in the neighborhood) -Help yourself to WiFi, coffee, and (some) beverages -Master bedroom (4th bedroom, located downstairs and not included in the 3 bed/1.5 baths) is off limits. All other areas of the house and yard are open to guests Other things to note -Please do not park on the street - towing is heavily enforced in this neighborhood. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway, and visitor parking is available a short walk down the street -Please don't damage or remove our musical instruments. Beginner and experienced musicians are welcome to use our equipment, but please restrict access to children -All bedrooms are located upstairs. Unfortunately, this home is not wheelchair accessible -We own a small dog, who will not be present. Although there is no carpet and we keep our floors clean, this home might not be a good choice for any guest with severe pet allergies.
