Second bedroom with queen and fold out bed can sleep 4. Updated bathrooms and high water pressure showers. Table for 6 for family dinners and a balcony for drinks with a view at sunset. Well stocked kitchen so you can eat at home while watching the dolphins and birds from the expansive 3rd floor views. Come relax, you won’t want to leave! The space The open living area has high ceilings with expansive views of Monterey Bay and the abundant wildlife that thrives in this bay including dolphins, porpoise, whales and shorebirds. I recently saw someone catch a tuna with his bare hands in the surf! So yes you can fish here! You look north west so you can leave the window shades open without getting too much sun. Beautiful sunset views over the ocean year round right from the living room. There is a 70” Vizio TV with cable and streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime through SmartCast or watch one of the many movies in our cabinet on the DVD player. Seating is a royal blue velvet sofa, two orange Bertoia chairs and an Eames chair and stool. There are many books & magazines to peruse for your enjoyment too. Enjoy the classic board games and puzzles in the cabinet by the dining table. The master bedroom has a George Nelson king bed with an Acapulco style chair and wall mounted shelving. There is a sliding door closet with lots of storage space. The outdoor seating cushions and beach chairs and umbrella are stored in the closet if needed. The patio has dramatic ocean views, seating for four and a propane grill. Grilling tools and matches are in the kitchen drawers. Under the kitchen sink there is a wire scraper and fire extinguisher The kitchen has an electric glass top stove, microwave, toaster, electric pot, tea pot, coffee grinder, coffee maker, griddle and dishwasher. Dishwashing supplies are under the sink. The dining room seats 6 and looks out on the courtyard with cypress trees on one side and the ocean view on the other. There is seating for three at the kitchen counter for relaxing with a bite to eat while enjoying the view. Please no dining in the living room or bedrooms as the upholstery and carpets will get stained. A second bedroom has a queen size bed and a queen sized sofa bed. If needed the sofa bed can be prepared for guests as we prefer to have it set up in advance. There is a sliding door closet and chest of drawers available. The view is of the beautiful Pajaro Valley. There are two bathrooms with showers - no bathtubs - and single sinks in each. One is off the master bedroom and the other off the hallway by the laundry machine and second bedroom. Inside the hallway closet there are beach toys, beach blankets, towels & mats, tennis rackets & balls, badminton set and a kite. Please take your shoes off inside and you can store your shoes in this closet. There is a basin to fill with water to wash your feet off outside the door before entering from the beach. The small combined washer/dryer unit is available for use in this closet. This place is a piece of paradise and we hope to be able to share it with folks from all over the world! Guest access This is a gated resort community set on a quiet beach with access to miles of beach combing a few steps down from the building extending from Santa Cruz on the north to the Pajaro River on the south end. The location is remote and about a 20 minute drive to Santa Cruz and 30 minute drive to Monterey. The farming community of Watsonville is about a 10 minute drive. Surfers frequent this location and store their board on the walkways by their unit. There are people fishing right from the beach. Several tennis courts are available to guests at no extra charge. The main building across from our parking lot has a small store and DVD’s available to borrow for free. In the condo there is an additional closet in the master that is secured for host use. In the dining room there is a cabinet that has board games available - lots of them - enjoy! The cabinet above is secured for host use. The fireplace is not available for use. The outdoor closet is secured for host use. Other things to note Please note that this is a peaceful community. Due to the Pajaro Dunes Association policies we can only welcome reservations from guests who are 21 or older. Also, due to the HOA regulations we cannot host guests with pets.
