Welcome to your Room With A View. No Car? No Worries! We are right on the bus route from NYC. The lake is the main attraction. (If you'd like 2 more friends to join you JUST FOR THE DAY ask me how.) There are plenty of unique boutiques and fabulous places to eat. I have a guest book that will direct you to all the fun things in the area; shopping, eateries, wineries, breweries, hiking and biking and so much more! (bring your own bikes. We live 20 minutes from a 25 mile paved bike trail). The space The pictures tell you everything you really need to know. Your room is cozy with a day bed that becomes two twin beds. A coffee pot, small fridge and microwave are available as well as a glass bar table to eat or work. There is a balcony off your room which is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. On the beach there are chairs, tubes, floats, umbrella, small charcoal grill, fire pit, All for you to use. FREE parking available in LOWER driveway. We recently acquired a new member to our family. We rescued a 10lb dog (chi-weenie)who is the sweetest thing but she has not honed her hospitality skills as of yet so she may bark at you but she will not hurt a fly. She is not permitted in the guest room as some people are allergic and we don't want to take any chances of causing discomfort. Permit issed by Town of Warwick Permit # 33576 Guest access The beach is yours to enjoy but please stay on the right side of the dock. There are 5 steps to get down to the beach. Coming into the house you will head up 12 stairs to the bedroom. The rest of the house is unavailable (off limits) for your use as we live here. We rarely run into our guests but try to make ourselves available if they have issues that they'd like addressed. During your stay We live here but work. So we're in and out. We can be as available as you need or as hands off as you desire. Your comfort level is what's important to us. Other things to note The yard and patio is not included. At all times please be considerate of my neighbors. We do not have barriers or fences between on properties on the lake so make every effort to stay only on MY beach. Thank you! THERE IS NO CAMPING permitted on the property THE YARD AND PATIO ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE STAY NO PETS ALLOWED for overnight guests. (as some guests are allergic) If you would like to invite 1 and no more than 2 guests JUST FOR THE DAY the cost will be $50 per guest. (sometimes guests have a friend in the area and this makes for even more fun)
