DC STR/VRL Exemption: Primary Residence & 31 Day Min En Suite Petite is a cozy oasis on the first floor of a recently renovated, three-level townhome in SW DC. Tucked in the corner of the courtyard, the oversized window boasts the best garden views around! Located next to the secured keypad entry, this key-entry bedroom and attached bath is perfect for the solo-traveling student, career climber, adventure seeker, and social butterfly alike. The space In three words En Suite Petite is nothing short of tiny but mighty. Equipped with everything you could want in a private room within a small footprint, The Mini En Suite gives you maximum creature comforts without breaking the budget. The front door entry to the townhome is virtually private (since I come and go through the garage) and is the only bedroom on the first floor. The interior locks and direct access to the attached Jack and Jill bathroom also gives you maximum privacy. BEDROOM The room is equipped with a flat screen TV, loaded with cable, DVR, and Roku. On the opposite end of the guestroom is a slim, vertical workspace with plenty of space for you laptop and handheld devices. There is also a variety of books on top of the workspace for when you just want to unwind. Considering the room size the closet next to the workspace is a large closet and is equipped with hanging shelves, a clothes hamper, fire extinguisher, iron and ironing board, and large baskets for all of you plush linens and luxury bedding. Speaking of which, the bed is equipped with a 13" hybrid mattress, duvet set, and 1000 TC bed sheets so you can truly relax. There is also a variety of books on top of the workspace for when you just want to unwind. BATH The interior door opens into a large Jack and Jill bathroom, equipped with a tub and stand-up shower with an arched curtain rod and excellent water pressure, linen closet and storage under the vanity and a medicine cabinet behind the side mirror. As with the bedding, you have two sets of luxury bath towels. Your linen closet also has all your essentials - body wash, shampoo, conditioner, first aid kit, toilet paper, hair dryer and diffuser - including spray starch! You vanity includes antibacterial hand soap and disinfecting wipes, laundry detergent, bleach tabs, and cleaning tools and products. Guest access Other than the courtyard, there are no shared community spaces. During your stay I can interact with guests as much or as little as preferred. Other things to note Although super comfortable and carefully decorated, this room really is for a solo traveler. Unfortunately, there is only enough room for one person and no additional guests.
