From the house or deck watch eagles, seals, porpoises and sea lions fishing, and occasional Orcas passing by. Sunsets are spectacular as the sun goes down over the water and mountains. House is on the edge of the cliff and deck allows you to look straight down to the water. Rooms are spacious, with 3 having sea views and one with a garden view. Underfloor heating throughout house. High cliff so small children under 5 years are not allowed. Large parking area. Three cars. The space This is a big house with 4 bedrooms with lots of light and space. Spectacular sea views from most rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with adjoining dining area that seats 8. The large sitting room has double glass doors leading to an infinity deck. There are 2 ground level bedrooms with Queen beds. The spacious loft has a double bed and room with sea views double bed. Master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom with a tub. Main bathroom is also on ground floor and half bathroom is on the second floor. Guest access Guests will have the whole house and property to themselves. Owner lives in another cabin on the property but will only be around if needed. This house is suitable for people who find stairs a challenge as there are only 2 steps into the house and the living area and 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor. The garden, as well as having peaceful sitting areas, has a wide selection of herbs for the guests cooking needs. Other things to note Stairs down to the ocean with multiple decks.
