Rental unit in Montreal

Private bedroom in an apartment of 3 bedrooms. The apartment is in front of a Park, in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighbourhood in Montreal. 10 min walk to the Metro Vendome and the CUSM Hospital. This bedroom has a double bed. We would ask you please, to let us know the time of your arrival as soon as possible. Other things to note Parking: Since there is a park on the entire east side of the Oxford Avenue, there is less people living on the street than on other streets, but parking is allowed on both sides. So it is usually not a problem to find a parking spot. However, during winter, you have sometimes to change your car from one side to another because the city removes the snow when it snowed. When it happens, they put panels the day before to say "no parking" from 7 am to 7 pm or 7pm to 7 am the day they remove the snow. They always do one side at a time, so people can park on the other side or another street. It can be a bit challenging to find a parking spot when it snows, but it is still always possible.
