NATIONAL HARBOR THREE BEDROOM WITH BALCONY

This is a timeshare resort. I use my points to book rooms to rent to help pay for the maintenance fees. You check in with a guest pass in your name. MUST BE 21 WITH A PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD. A hold will be put on your card at check in for any damages, purchases & parking which is now $24 a night & may change. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. Must COMPLY with resort rules. NO REFUNDS if the resort evicts you . NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING. CHECK IN is 4 PM. CHECK OUT is 10 AM. The space There is no specific rooms or view. Rooms are assigned at check in. You can request a room change without my permission. This is a three bedroom with a balcony. Sofa couch in the living room. Jet tub in the bathroom. Full kitchen that is fully equipped. Dining area. Pool and gym are in the common areas. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, dishware and cleaning supplies. Bring your own cooking supplies such as salt and pepper. There is no daily housekeeping but there are laundry facilities, and you can pay extra for housekeeping. WIFI is free. Paid parking in parking garage nearby. Was $24 a night and may change. Guest access All common areas such as the pool, gym and lobby. Other things to note The resort does not communicate with Airbnb. I am the contact. HOWEVER, the resort does have the right without my permission to evict you for failure to comply with their rules which includes NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES. I DO NOT provide a refund if the resort evicts you. I can provide a full refund if you cancel more then 15 days from check in. For $149, there is insurance that covers those last 15 days.
