While the estate features many beautiful design details, we believe the most important part of any stay is the quality of your sleep. That’s why your room includes a luxurious King mattress — guests consistently describe it as heavenly. Just across the hall, you’ll enjoy your own high‑design private vanity area plus a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom/Shower shared with only one other guest. Parking is easy, safe, and plentiful on the cul‑de‑sac directly in front of the home, making arrivals and departures effortless. SPECIAL NOTE: From January 5 2026 to February 20, 2026, there will be a possibility of some renovation noise from 9am to 3:30pm on the same floor of the home as your room. We appreciate your understanding as we invest back in our property. Guest access Guests has their own private room and we have plenty of free, save and convenient street parking. We ask that you park in front or to the left of the home as you are facing the front gate. There are numerous balcony and patio space that are quite stunning public areas. We do offer limited access to our kitchen and guests may access the microwave and refrigerator but not the stove, oven or toaster. Due to this being a shared bathroom, we do not offer use of the bathtub. Please note that this is a shared home with other Airbnb guests and the manager lives on the property. We have 7 bedrooms and 6 of them are on the Airbnb platform. Guests may enjoy a complimentary 24 hour coffee bar. During your stay Manager is pretty invisible to guests. We have a self check-in system for guests convenience to arrive anytime they wish, without the task of coordinating schedules. The manager is always available through the Airbnb messaging system but we are hands off and let our guests feel like it's their home Other things to note Many of San Diego's finest restaurants are just over one mile from the house, so you will probably be tempted to eat out in Little Italy, but again, the stunning views and ambiance of this exclusive canyon retreat will make dining outside at the residence as good and romantic as it gets at any restaurant!Fortunately, we are very close to one of the most unique urban neighborhoods in all the country: Little Italy of San Diego. You will find dozens of coffee shops and terrific restaurants here, which is about 1.5 miles. We are a short term rental property so we do not do month to month rentals. Home is not suitable for infants. Also we have exterior security cameras in the front yard entryway and the back yard canyon area.
