The cabin has plenty of parking with room for an RV or trailer on a flat lot with only 3 stairs to the front door. The living space is open concept with sliding glass doors to a great view of the outdoors and some beautiful sunsets. The backyard has outdoor seating and a kids' playhouse. A National Forest hiking trail is at the end of the quiet street and is only minutes from Bear Mountain Resort. And is set up with a 50 amp outlet for Electric vehicles. Guest access Guests have access and use of the entire cabin, the backyard and a kids' playhouse. Other things to note For summer guests, the cabin does have air conditioning with a high efficiency ducted mini split. The cabin also has a ceiling fan in the living room and in each of the bedrooms.
