Please follow these simple guidelines so every guest has a wonderful stay. 💚 🧾 RESERVATIONS & GUESTS 👤 Minimum booking age: 25+ 🚫 No prom groups or parties 👨‍👩‍👧 No additional guests without prior approval 🔥 OUTDOOR FUN 🔥 Fire pit & grill (please check local burn conditions) 🎆 No fireworks 🤝 Be kind & respectful to our neighbors 🏠 INSIDE THE CABIN 🚭 No smoking indoors → Outside only, please extinguish & dispose properly in a bag for disposal in one of the outside receptacles or put in the firepit ♻️ 🍳 No deep frying indoors (outside only!) 🚪 Basement is off-limits 📖 Cabin manual available for your convenience 🧹 CHECK-OUT TO-DO’S 🗑️ Separate trash & recycling into the dumpsters near the driveway (all garbage needs to be in bags and secure the dumpsters with the bungee cords. 🛏️ Strip used beds → sheets/pillowcases in laundry basket located on the top of the dryer in the bathroom 🚿 Used towels/washcloths → leave in shower 🍽️ Wash, dry, and put away all dishes ☕ Empty & clean coffee maker 🥫 Remove all food from cupboards, fridge & freezer 💡 Turn off lights & appliances 🪟 Close and lock windows & doors (PLEASE MAKE SURE THE LOCK IS ENGAGED) 🧹 Vacuum available if needed, cleaning supplies are located under the bathroom and kitchen sinks ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES 💰 Security deposit may apply if items are missing or damaged ❄️ Driveway may not be plowed immediately after snow 🐜 Expect some bugs in the woods → pack bug spray & long pants for hikes 🌟 THANK YOU! 🌟 By following these guidelines, you’re helping us maintain a cozy, clean, and welcoming cabin for everyone.
