Enjoy checking out the host's Antique and rare book collection in the room along with an antique writing desk. Charming restored 1908 cottage on six acres that overlooks the Scappoose-Vernonia creek. Short walk to 17 mile linear nature trail that is hiker, horse and bike friendly, private, beautiful local. Just added canoeing to the options for fun out here through October. Ample parking, satellite, internet and only 6 miles to HWY 30. Breakfast included featuring our happy rescue chicken's fresh eggs! Guest access Kitchen, hot tub, private bathroom, hiking trails, Wi Fi, and canoe on the creek until the end of October. During your stay We will be present at the listing during your stay and provide breakfast for up to 2 in the morning. More than happy to give advice on cool hiking trails or sightseeing opportunities in the area. Other things to note We rescue horses, so you have the opportunity to get up close with our furry family. My favorite horse, Honeyboy will even count for you! And every cent from your stay goes to help the animals!
