Lake Cottage for Families & Close to Notre Dame

Cute and cozy 1-story cottage located on beautiful Barron Lake just 11 miles from Notre Dame, and near the wine & beer trail. Fully furnished and well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy 80ft of sandy beach and lake for fishing and water sports. Large 12x24 deck with dining table, firepit on the beach, and Adirondack chairs for relaxing. A pier, firewood, gas grill, beach towels, yard & board games. Just arrive and enjoy! The space The queen bed has a memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms have a dresser. A shared closet with a hanging bar and shelves. Wi-fi, Keurig & regular coffee pot, smart TV. Window air conditioner. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with just about anything you could need. Towels, beach towels, and all bedding are provided. Guest access The house is a duplex. Guests have access to the LEFT side of the house. No one will be using the other side while you are there. Guests have full access to 4 parking spots, the entire yard and beach as well as a 12x24 deck right out of the sliding glass doors in the kitchen. We have well water. Sometimes it smells like sulfur. We provide a hot/cold water dispenser with a 5-gallon water jug for this reason. Other things to note We are strict about NO SMOKING, PARTIES, FIREWORKS, OR PETS. Please, for the safety of everyone, NO glass on the beach. Please leave the house as you found it and treat it like you would your own. We leave the things there for your enjoyment, please don't steal them.
