Check the ‘SuperHost’ filter and view the best places listed on Airbnb! -- This is an updated twin home including living room, kitchen, bath and two bedrooms (laundry in the basement is a plus). -- New hardwood floors. -- Our place has been renovated and updated with hardwood floors, full tub and shower, central air and a fully equipped and modern kitchen. We take pride in keeping it up to date, clean, comfortable and enjoyable. -- BEDS and CLOSETS: Very comfortable and calming bedrooms. Two bedrooms with queen beds. -- LIVING ROOM: Hardwood floors throughout make this a modern and chic place to stay. -- A large flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime movies and many streaming channels will make your stay even more enjoyable as you kick back and relax at the end of your day. -- HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND STREAMING CHANNELS: We do not have cable service, but we provide dozens of streaming channels including Amazon Prime, Netflix, Pandora, YouTube, ESPN, etc. as well as local channels including ABC, NBC and CBS. -- KITCHEN: The kitchen is newly renovated complete with a stainless range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Guests can enjoy a relaxing meal here, since the kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee machine, coffee, toaster, tea kettle, and other essentials for cooking a full meal (pots, pans, etc.). -- SNACKS: We have stocked some snacks for your arrival and basics in the kitchen for your comfortable stay- coffee, assorted teas, creamer, sugar, assorted spices, and condiments. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils, electric stove, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. There are so many excellent restaurants in the area, but if you prefer to make meals at home, you should be all set. -- BATHROOM and ESSENTIALS: The bathroom has been renovated with new vanity and lighting as well as a full tub and shower. We provide a hair dryer, plenty of toilet paper, clean towels, makeup remover and cotton balls for your use. We also provide a small tube of toothpaste, toothbrush and deodorant in case you forget to pack these essentials. -- WASHER AND DRYER NOTE: Laundry facilities are available in the basement and are shared with the adjacent studio apartment on the lower level. We provide detergent, bleach and dryer sheets for your convenience. -- **Dog Rules** *Limit of one dog. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. *Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated if left alone. *If you have a shedding breed please keep your dog off the furniture and bedding. *Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. PLEASE SCOOP YOUR DOG’S POOP Guests have access to the entire apartment on the south side of our Twin Home, including the lower level laundry room. We provide a digital lock for convenient keyless entry. -- We are always available to help with recommendations, questions, et Right across the street, visit Fireside Foundry, a storied haunt offering specialty thin-crust pizzas & regional craft beers. -- Warm up with a hot pizza pie at Giordano’s on 66th street — known for deep-dish pizza, Italian food, plus beer & wine. Open late till 11 pm. -- Visit McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks, an upscale steak & seafood chain known for its clubby environs & happy hour. -- Visit Pittsburgh Blue Steak House, a classy chophouse featuring hand-cut steaks & seafood plus happy hour & a less expensive bar menu. -- Visit CRAVE American Kitchen & Sushi Bar for sushi, flatbread, seafood. It is a lively and energetic place as well as a good late night spot - drinks are good. -- My favorite restaurant in the area is Caio Bella, one of the best American Italian spots in town. The service is friendly and professional, much like one finds in Europe. It is a bit loud but that adds to the energy of the place. The portions are large, so save room for desert. -- Visit Southdale Center just a mile away. It was the FIRST major shopping mall that opened in the United State and still going strong. -- Visit the Mall of America, just a five mile drive (10-minutes) east of us. -- A special treat is the singer Prince's private estate & production complex featuring artifacts from his life & guided tours at Paisley Park, a 20 minute drive (15 miles) east of us. Uber and Lyft are readily available. -- We provide off-street parking for you. -- Walk 1/2 block to catch the #4 bus which will take you downtown When downtown Minneapolis, you can take the blue line light rail to go to: US Bank Stadium Target Field UofM Campus Downtown Saint Paul Mall of America MSP Airport Or Walk one block to catch the # 515 bus which is closer to MSP airport and Mall of America .... AND it is the best way to get to the US Bank Stadium or Target Field, (avoid traffic and enjoy the camaraderie with the other sports fans on the train!!) PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property, inside and out. For the comfort of neighbors and other guests, please do not smoke anywhere on the property. ~ Wood Lake Nature Center is a 150-acre natural area is just one mile away, on 66th St So and Lake Shore Dr So. Richfield, MN. ~ Fairwood Park neighborhood includes a 2½ acre neighborhood park with family-friendly amenities that include a playground, picnic areas, and tennis courts. ~ Minnehaha Parkway is about 1 ½ miles north of our place for a nice walk or run. It’s beautiful!! ~ Right on Penn Ave, you will find: - Fireside Foundry (best pizza ever!!) - Aldis' Grocery - CVS Pharmacy - Lund's and Byerly's Grocery, Deli and Caribou Coffee - Cadao Express for takeout Pho - Dunkins Coffee and Doughnuts takeout - Davanii's Pizza takeout - Richfield Liquor Store - Richfield Tobacco -Wells Fargo Bank ~ Go downtown and take photos of St. Anthony Falls from the Guthrie’s Endless Bridge that jets out over the Mississippi. -- Bowl! Pick a lane at Bryant Lake Bowl, Elsie's or Memory Lanes. -- Cross-country ski at Theodore Wirth Park in Minneapolis with a view of the skyline ahead of you. -- Stroll through a Japanese peace garden and the country’s second oldest public rose garden, located on picturesque Lake Harriet—on Minneapolis's Chain of Lakes (search for Rose Garden Lake Harriet).
