Welcome to Eagle Point on Lake Adger where Southern elegance meets rustic charm at this lakeside retreat. As my guest, my goal is to provide an atmosphere of genuine comfort in a warm, relaxed, yet refined log cabin home. The cabin is located on a premier lakefront lot with 14 miles of shoreline. Canoe and kayaks on property for guest use. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, making s'mores around the campfire, nature observation, and jumping off of Frog Rock on a warm day. The space THE BEST MEMORIES ARE MADE AT THE LAKE The cabin provides 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths plus a partially open loft area with a half bath. Outdoor hot and cold shower. Zacuzzi garden tub, piano, and Sundance chandelier grace the master suite. Guest suite has an adjacent semi-private full bath and lake view. Loft area has 2 single beds - one twin daybed and a fold out twin bed with 4 in memory foam mattress. The fully equipped kitchen has most everything a cook needs plus a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. Outdoor gas grill available for guest use. Enjoy your morning coffee or sunset glass of wine on the large screened rocking chair porch overlooking the lake. W/D, central A/C, Netflix, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo. 100% cotton and percale sheets, towels, soap, and all basic bed, bath, and kitchen necessities can be found at the cabin. 4 kayaks and one canoe available for guest use. Lakeside fire pit. Fishing, swimming, nature observation. LOCATION: Lake Lure - 10 mins. Tryon International Equestrian Center - 15 mins. Chimney Rock State Park - 25 mins. Asheville - 45 mins. PET POLICY: One good dog allowed with owner's permission. $75 per visit. DOGS MUST STAY ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES UNLESS SWIMMING IN THE LAKE. $125 fine for dogs caught unleashed. There is a nice community trail across the road from the cabin that is suitable for dog walks. OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy for overnight guests is 6 persons. CAMPERS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE DRIVEWAY OR ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. * Sturdy Teva type sandals or water shoes are recommended on the property due to the natural topography and type of water access.
