SPACIOUS 1500sqft updated home w/vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, an open concept kitchen/dining/living room, and 3 bedroom/2 bath. Must be 25+yr to rent; NO events/groups/proms/homecomings, etc. Parking for 6 vehicles & boat/trailer (all vehicles MUST park in driveway-not on street). 2 balconies w/a small ocean view. It's only a 7 min walk or drive just 2 minutes onto our FREE beach. Pet fee required. Home is located in Jamaica Beach, a small quiet golf cart beach community w/free vehicle beach access, a city pool/playground/picnic/marina. Kitchen is open to dining area & living area. It is fully stocked w/pots, pans, baking pans, cooking utensils, 2 crock pots, toaster, blender, coffee pot & a Keurig, dishes, glasses, flatware, many spices, etc. Spacious pantry for storing your food. Seating for 4 at the kitchen bar & 4 at the dining table. Main patio, facing the ocean, has a table for 6 plus extra chairs & side table. Living area is spacious with a new 65in smart TV on a shiplap wall and a 17’ vaulted ceiling so you won’t feel cramped or closed in! Plenty of seating space. Calm & cool colors. Bunk room has one twin bed and a twin/full bunk bed with a 45in TV & dvd player. The high-chair, portable play pin & baby gate are located in the bunk closet ---and, yup, we still have a few dvds located in the closet. Queen room is next to the main bathroom, has a 45in TV, and games in the closet. Main bathroom has a shower/tub combo. King room is very spacious with it's own balcony & en suite! The en suite also has a tub/shower combo. Lots of yard & parking space. Huge, covered area for everyone to hang out, play games and/or bbq! We have a propane grill & a charcoal grill. We fill the propane often but if it's out, there's a Dollar General/Circle K nearby that you can exchange the tank for appx $17. Also, we usually have charcoal & lighter fluid in a storage box near the grill. Last, under the main/front stairs, there is a large storage bin w/several beach toys, noodles, & some beach chairs. STR#22-00048 Quite neighborhood w/fabulous amenities: you can drive onto the beach for FREE (it's only 6-7 block walk to the beach but you must cross a 2-lane road), boat launch for fishing/kayaking ($10 permit required purchase at Jamaica Beach City Hall), FREE playground, basketball court & picnic tables, $5/pp community pool/splashpad. At the entrance to Jamaica Beach, there are: 2 convenient stores, 2 churches, a coffee bar, a liquor store, a bar, grill/pizzeria, Mexican food restaurant and other establishments nearby. Walking distance to 2 convenient stores, 2.4mi/4min drive to Dollar General, appx 10min drive to Walmart, 15min drive to Pleasure Pier/Seawall & The Strand. We provide some paper products (2 rolls toilet paper, per bathroom & 1 roll paper towels, & black trash bags). Please BRING: ALL toiletries & beach towels--REMIND YOUR GUESTS! Additional paper towels/trash bags/ziplocks/plastic wrap/foil, and, if needed, propane/charcoal/lighter fluid. NO grilling on either upper deck/patio! There are 2 outdoor exterior cameras, one by each entrance. If you unplug either one, your reservation will be cancelled & you will be required to leave.
