My goal is a place that is simple in design and function, and easy and pleasant to live in. I am only accepting guests for this suite of rooms with a 1 month minimum stay. Note that the state of Nebraska charges a lodging tax for stays of 28 days or less. To avoid that tax, you'll need to book for at least 29 days. No deposit required. No extra fees. You will have a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a chest of drawers, and plenty of closet space; a second small room with a desk, recliner, min-fridge, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave; a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower; semi-private living room; and shared dining room and kitchen, all on the ground floor. The washer and dryer are also available for your use. You'll have a share of space in the kitchen refrigerator in addition to your own mini-fridge. If you're musically inclined, there's a piano. I don't use pesticides in the yard or gardens, so feel free to do some earthing. You're welcome to have a cup of tea on the tool-shed deck, and jump on the trampoline. You may park in the driveway by the back door or by the curb. I can be reached at any time during your stay by text message or a phone call. We may meet in the kitchen!
