Fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials, the chef in your group will want to stay in and cook every night! The kitchen also includes a breakfast table nook and a sit in bar. The formal dining table includes seating for 8. Past the dining room you will enter the spacious living room with 55" flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to the Carolina room and deck overlooking the 8th hole of Shipyard Golf Course. The deck also features a gas BBQ grill and table for outdoor dining. This sunny Shipyard home comfortably sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms. The first floor includes two primary bedrooms. The first bedroom has a California king, TV and private bathroom with a large, walk-in shower. The other room has a king bed, TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The other two bedrooms are located on the second level. The bedroom to the right includes a twin and double bed, a private bath with a stand up shower, and access to a private balcony. The bedroom to the left has a twin bed along with a two twin bunks and an additional pull out bed, as well as a private bath with a stand up shower. Shipyard is tucked away in the historic Oaks on the south shore of Hilton Head Island with 12 miles of white sandy beach, bike paths, lagoons, championship golf at the Shipyard Golf Club, tennis courts at the Van der Meer Racquet Club and an abundance of natural beauty.
