The Dose is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, upper level, furnished apartment with private deck & entrance. Full kitchen, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Our apartments are primarily used by travel nurses, technicians, PAs, contract workers, etc. Monthly discounts applied automatically when you enter your dates. Absolutely no pets, children, smoking or partying. Parking for only 2 cars. Private driveway and on the edge of the woods near Lake Tobesofkee. It's like living in a treehouse. Natural setting, convenient and safe. Not too far from downtown, Medical Center, Mercer, Wesleyan, and shopping. The house is a quadplex with other rental apartments. Each apartment is private and doesn't share the indoor space. You will have access to the entire space. I am available should you need anything. I only live a few minutes from the property. You will see my sons, wife and I working around the property -- cleaning, yard work, making repairs to other apartments as needed, etc... Located off a private gravel driveway that is 1/8th of a mile long off HWY 74. Situated on the edge of woods, but yet near I-475 and shopping. A brand new Publix only a 1/2 mile away. Proudly only a few miles from the first women's only college in the history of humanity, Wesleyan College. Lake Tobesofkee recreation area, mountain biking trails, water park, water skiing, woods, hiking trails, churches, farms, Fish & Pig restaurant and Mercer University all within a few miles. The Fish & Pig Restaurant has live music during the summer months. It's like country living, but yet a few minutes from town. We are roughly 30 minutes from Forsyth, Juliette, Warner Robins, and Perry. You will need a car to get around. The Dose is an upper unit with stairs. There are 19 carpeted steps to this unit. Some guests find the driveway difficult to find. We have detailed directions online. The TV is a smart TV (Roku) with Netflix and Hulu Live TV. We don’t have cable. But you can use your own accounts too. We ozone, disinfectant, wash all linens between guests. We don't use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests.
