The Dose is a 1 bedroom/1 bath, upper-level, furnished apartment with private deck & entrance. Full kitchen, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Our apartments are for professionals such as travel nurses, technicians, PAs, contract workers, etc. Monthly discounts applied automatically when you enter your dates. Absolutely no pets (even service animals due to allergy), no smoking, no vaping, no weed and no partying. Parking for 2 cars max. The space Private driveway and on the edge of the woods near Lake Tobesofkee. It's like living in a treehouse. Natural setting, convenient and safe. Not too far from downtown, Medical Center, Mercer, Wesleyan, and shopping. The house is a quadplex with other rental apartments. Each apartment is private and doesn't share the indoor space. Guest access You will have access to the parking area and the apartment. Other things to note The Dose is an upper unit with stairs. It has 19 carpeted steps. The property has a pond and well, which make it not suitable for children. Our property is thoughtfully set up for professionals and interns traveling to Macon for work. We pride ourselves on offering a calm, drama-free space where guests can truly relax and recharge. Some guests find the driveway difficult to find. We have detailed directions online. The TV is a smart TV (Roku) with a few accounts. We don’t have cable. But you can use your own accounts too. We ozone, disinfectant, wash all linens between guests. We don't use bedspreads, only duvet covers with shams and they are washed between guests. HOUSE RULES - Please read before booking -Be courteous to guests staying in other apartments with noise, parking, etc. -No pets or service animals due to severe allergy. -No smoking or vaping indoors. -No marijuana use indoors or outside. -No bleach on provided linens. -No loud vehicles or coming and going at all hours of the night. -No late-night visitors, parties or extra guests without giving notice of occasional visitors.
