Yes, the private beach is a 10 minute walk from the condo along the golf course. It is accessible to guests, masks are required due to Covid-19. Is it close to restaurants? Yes, within the complex there are three restaurants. 1) Pavilion Restaurant: Located at the Pavilions of Las Caras de Mexico Golf Course at La Ventana del Mar. 2) La Palapa Bar and Grill: This Restaurant offers casual dining poolside at the El Dorado Ranch Beach and Tennis Club. 3) Juanito's Cantina: Located right on the beach on the Sea of Cortez at the El Dorado Ranch Beach and Tennis Club. The condo is 7 miles from San Felipe town where you will find a variety of restaurants. Our favorites include 1) La Vaquita(located at the bottom of Puerta Penasco Street and Mar de Cortez North, San Felipe Mexico) great seafood! 2) The Sweet Spot(located at Malecón Sur 162, San Felipe, 21850 San Felípe, B.C., Mexico) Is there a BBQ? Yes, there is a propane fueled BBQ. We DO NOT have a charcoal fueled BBQ. Are there pools? Yes, there are several pools on the golf course side which are accessible to guests. The main pool is only for owners, and NOT accessible for guests. Can we use the golf course? Yes, with your reservation you will get two free unlimited golf passes for one round of golf per day. Is the condo pet friendly? YES, 100% pet friendly! We are a family of animal lovers so we encourage you to bring your furry friends to enjoy a little R&R with you! Are off-road vehicles permitted? San Felipe has some great off-roading trails! You may bring off-road vehicles with you but they must be left at a secure location. The secure location is located by the security gate where you check-in, it is a locked fenced area and you will be given a key to access if you have off road vehicles parked there. To explain, this rule is in place by El Dorado Ranch due to property damage caused by renters. There is an option to keep your dirt bikes with you in the garage BUT you will need to leave a $1,000 deposit and signed letter saying you agree to be responsible for any damages caused if you ride them on the La Ventana side. ***Riding dirt bikes on the La Ventana Del Mar(beach side) is NOT permitted, you can trailer them in and out. It is allowed on the mountain side and the other numerous locations separate from El Dorado ranch.***
