Age restriction Disclaimer The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Policy for Naples Residents Guests residing in Naples may be asked to provide additional verification to ensure a smooth and secure stay. We do offer additional add on's such as: Pool heating is available for an additional charge. - $60/night + tax *Pool Heat is an additional charge per night. All nights rented must get heat if you decide on this add on. Due to noise and neighborhood, the heater will be set to run from 8am to 10pm. If temperatures outside get under 65 degrees, the pool heater will take 5x longer to heat. We hope for warm weather, but cannot predict what it will be like during your stay. Sorry, no refunds for cold weather. We will have the heater turned on prior to your stay if you do choose to get this add on. The cost is $60/day + tax. You have 72 hours after booking to add this at that cost. After 72 hours, the price does go up to $100/day. This rental is pet friendly but that is limited to 2 pets per stay. Pet Fee – Bringing your furry friend? Enjoy a pet-friendly stay with a small fee of $25 per pet per day + tax (for pet-friendly properties only). NFVH has the right to question breed and size, as well as charge a penalty if a mess is left.
