Welcome to CONDOMINIO DE LAS BRISAS, an easiest base for traveleres, we are located at the 200 carretera federal, arround the corner from pulito street, just few esteps from the conveniernce store OXXO. Walk to the beach and the street Olas Altas in 5 minute, and old town in 15 minutes. Please read the full space description before booking to ensure the layout and the facilities match your expectations. The space I m completely upfront about my space. Including both positives and limitations. If you are a perfectionist or your expectations are a hotel - style experience, this may not be the best place for you- please consider this before booking. Positives: Well connectec location. Perefect for going to the beach, restaurants and bars everyting with s short walk. Possibility to leave the bags before check in and after check out for the convenience (please do not leave expensive items). Potential Negatives (To set your expectations cleary) -Noise may be heard from the traffric street, or neighboring condominium, depending on their schudles. -The condominium is not a luxury hotel, furnishings and layout are practical and homely, rather than upscale. Others to consider: The condominiun has a good kitchen with the basics utensils for cook your breakfast or fast meals, we dont provide basic (salt, sugar, oil, etc.). We provide one body towel and one hand towel for each guest, any extra towel cost $50 pesos, extra clean bed sheets $100 pesos. You have a paid cleaning fee which will be at the end of your reservation, Extra cleaning during your stay cost an extra $200 pesos, For long staying, (more than 7 days), we ll do once a week cleaning and changing bed sheets and towels for free. The laundry machine is only whaser, for dry your clothes you ll need to use the drying rack NO PARKING. We don’t have a parking at the building, if you are driving you ll need to find a parking spot around the area (on the streets) THIS IS A SMALL STUDIO. IS AT THE STREET LEVEL, THIS STUDIO HAS WINDOWS FACING TO THE HALLWAY, NOT BALCONY, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CHEAP PLACE AND GOOD LOCATED IT IS FOR YOU The check-in is personally, you will need to inform us your approximate arrival time and we ll see you at the entrance of the building, on late check-in we ll level the keys on a box We ll provide one set of keys ( extra sets you’ll need to leave a deposit).
