The space Quick Overview: Casa KaraMia, 4bd/3.5ba First Floor: Bed 1: en-suite private bathroom and king size bed Bed 2: king size bed Bed 3: 2 bunk beds (4 twin size beds) Bathroom: shower, toilet, double-sink vanity Laundry room Living room with exterior covered patio Second Floor: Kitchen/Dining Bed 4: en-suite private bathroom with king size bed Half bath: toilet and sink Living room with exterior shaded balcony Rooftop: Terrace with sitting area and 360° views Pool Heating Option: Heat the pool to a cozy 85°F for just $155 a day, covering gas expenses only—we make no profit! Please note: the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay. Request pool heating at least 2-3 days before check-in. Payment is required before check-in, as we cannot start heating until payment is received. Guest access We offer self-check-in with keyless entry on the first floor. Other things to note Other things to note Security Features: For your peace of mind and ours, our property is equipped with exterior security cameras: one facing the backyard driveway, one facing the back door, covering the pool area, one on the east facing the side street, one on the 2nd level Terrace and one at the front door . These cameras temporarily record movement to protect the property. Pet fee: small pets allowed with pre-approval and $150 non refundable fee. We hold the right to disapprove. Pool & Outdoor Space Rules: • Sound levels at all hours, outside or indoors with open windows must be kept to a manageable level. Also, please respect city and neighborhood quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. HAVE FUN but please respect our neighbors and community • Pool heating is available for $155/day. A separate bill will be sent for this service. • No food or glass on the pool deck and in the pool. AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. NO EXCEPTIONS • No diving—pool depth: 5ft at the deep end, 3.5ft at the shallow end, and 10-14 inches on the Baja shelf. • Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty, and guests assume all responsibility when using the pool. • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. The pool does not have a safety fence. • The deck is slippery when wet; please avoid running. • A $500/day charge applies if pool equipment is tampered with without permission
