A charming European style gem surrounded by greenery in the heart of Brentwood. Depending on the time of year - you'll be able to pick fresh passion fruits, black mulberries from the deck, and grapes from the carport. We are close to the Brentwood Country Mart, Montana avenue, and just a few miles from Santa Monica, Westwood, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and the ocean. A car is necessary to get around, but there are also Taxi, Uber, and Waymo available if you don't drive. The space Brentwood Artist Farmhouse is a 360 sq ft private guest suite with a 450 sq ft deck. This eclectic space is a cross between English, Belgian, and French styles with a view of trees as far as the eyes can see. There is private parking next to the space for one car. Street parking is available on one side of the street only - without permits. You have your own washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, desk, printer, indoor/outdoor space, and teak outdoor furniture. The space is ideal for introverts and those seeking solitude, or to live in nature in the heart of Los Angeles. Our space is not kid or pet friendly. If you have a service animal, we invite you to skip our listing. Every Airbnb in California will accept service animals, however, I am trying to preserve an allergen-free zone. No chemicals, mostly unscented products, non-toxic cleaning products, organic soaps, organic mattress, organic sheets, organic towels, little to no Volatile Organic Compounds, HPA vacuum ... a pet (no matter how cute, lovely, or even "hypoallergenic") brings in hair, dandruff, parasites, and more. Please help us keep the place free of allergens for those who are extremely sensitive and/or allergic, and have little to no other options. This is a no smoking zone. Brentwood is perpetually in construction, so such noises may be present during your stay. Do not book if you need to sleep in. Nights are lovely, and the local owls may confirm it during your stay. Guest access Please park on the gravel patch between the garage and the metal sheds, under the pergola (awaiting the grape vines to grow). You will be given a code to enter the space, but a key will be waiting for you inside. I may welcome you upon your arrival, hand you the key, give you a quick tour and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
