My place is good for couples & families with kids. Nice getaway resort with lots of extras. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, with lovely Kitchen w/window and lots of light. Hot tub, iron table, washer and dryer. Closer walk to Pool/Amenity area. Very friendly place & very kid's oriented. 25 minutes from Disney, 30 Minutes from Universal and MCO International Airport. If you want to stay cool one day of no parks, this is the place to relax. Hablo Espanol... The space My space has good energy. It was recently upgraded with new living room furniture. It has a new 55" TV and another one in the master bedroom with HBO and Netflix. I left some board games for your entertainment. It provides the peace of mind you need when on vacation. My place and the resort has everything you need to relax. Resort and house are security monitored for your safety. The unit has a recently replaced A/C unit and a refrigerator with water and ice door dispensing feature and a new range. I also left two fishing poles for you to use in the resort pond. Guest access Access to all areas of the home. Other things to note You are 25 Minutes away for Orlando International Airport and 20 minutes from Disney Parks. If you want to stay at home, there are lots of things to do including Happy hour in the pool bar in the amenity area. Cocktails, beverage and food have very fair prices. There is free coffee until 10 am and after 6 pm in the community room. Movie time is at 6 pm. There are hammocks and a a mini golf court along with a ping pong table. I left two fishing poles ready to use for you. Refrigerator has ice/water dispensing feature in the front door.
