Beautifully decorated three storey home within walking distance to everything, only one block from the beach and three from the town square! The main floor of this home has a large livingroom, diningroom and fully stocked kitchen.The Master bedroom with one queen bed and one single bed occupies entire second floor with a spectacular wrap-around deck. Full bathroom on 2nd floor. Main floor has other twin bed in an alcove plus a small bedroom with double bed. A half bath is on main floor. There is a 3rd floor patio with beautiful views of the town and mountains and small glimpse of the sea. Sunrises and sunsets are beautiful from up here. There is a cot for siestas. We have five options for rentals on two adjacent properties: Geoff´s Apartment, Leslie´s Studio, Hugo´s House, the Garden Casita and the Vista Del Mar. All are very comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated, and all have wifi, cable tv, comfortable beds and quality linens. Our compound is completely enclosed, and has mature trees and a lovely tropical garden. Each unit is complete, but we also have outdoor eating and food preparation areas which guests often use for friendly get-togethers. Our location is what makes these rentals so popular, one block up from the Sea and three blocks from the Town Square... everything is close by. Loreto is a safe, clean and friendly town. The homeowners, out of concern for the safety of small children, cannot accept children less than 12 years old. Mascots are not permitted in this home. This a small residential compound, with five rentals on two adjoining lots. While each rental has a complete kitchen, they are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and there are two outside eating areas with kitchens. We also have bicycles and kayaks for guest use. There is free off-street parking available for those guests who bring cars. Our property manager, Kathy, will greet you shortly after your arrival and is on-call during your stay in case you need anything or have questions. This is a residential neighbourhood, fairly quiet, not much traffic and walking distance to everything. The neighbourhood is old with mature trees and mostly walled compounds. It is very close to the beach but not right in the center of town. The house is located only 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from the town square. Taxi stand is 2 blocks away for rides to San Javier or elsewhere. Marina is 4 blocks to get your panga to fish, whale watch or island hop. There are bicycles in the compound and three kayaks for guest use. There are several automobile rental agencies close by. We also have an off-street designated parking lot just at the corner. This compound is in a residential neighbourhood, fairly quiet without much traffic. There is a small minimart across the street for your convenience and a larger supermarket is 5 blocks away. Laundry facilities are available in town, none in the compound. There are shared bicycles and 3 kayaks. Bicycles must be locked at all times in town with supplied chains.
